Ways of Beating Belly fat that causes beer belly.

Lets say, somehow, you have accumulated a quite amount of fat in your belly and protruded into a ‘beer belly’. After reading these articles, you are wondering whether it is possible to reduce your ‘beer belly’ or to flatten your tummy. Sure, there are several ways to get back into shape with a flat tummy. Below are the best ways to cut your beer belly.

1. Exercise.
If you already have a beer belly, don’t worry or blame yourself, doing some tummy exercises such as sit-ups and crunches will be sufficient. Generally, increasing the level of exercises or being active will help cut your protruding tummy. Exercises require consistency; there will be no miracle with just one exercise to deliver wonders.

2. Eat right
Beer belly is manufactured in the kitchen and not not in the gym. As a rule of thumb, eat less calories than you burn. This will be a great step towards cutting ‘beer belly’.

No need for overly complicated dieting regime. Be simple and realistic. You will not cut beer belly overnight but with consistent healthy eating habits you will.

3. Avoid excessive drinking

Beer provides empty calories. If you cannot avoid beer completely, reduce the amount consumed. Switching to wine can also be a good option, but also limit the amount of wine consumed.

Hello.. i have just stumbled on your website and it’s pretty cool and relates directly since i am kenyan. just a point to add on pot bellies… your body will not lose fat only in some specific areas. doing only sit ups or crumps without exercising the whole of your body is frustrating and futile in the end. hey flat belly, six pack, lean mascular body is a lifestyle that involves discipline in exercising and eating right .. and oh also avoiding stress

Thanks for the tips on reducing pot belly.
I am 35 yrs, I am occasional drinker of beer, but I don’t take more than 2 bottles on a sitting. On d average, I take like 5 bottles each month. Will that be enough to cause me pot belly? Secondly, can excessively intake of water cause pot belly? Thirdly, can soft carbonated drinks cause pot belly?
